Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and packed with care. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days (if selected).

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat shipping rate of $15 CAD on all domestic orders under $100. Orders totaling $100 CAD or more before taxes automatically qualify for complimentary standard shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order directly through your account dashboard in the "My Page" section or by using the "Track Order" link in our footer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

HA + RU is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
