Return & Refund Policy
5-Day Return Window
We happily accept returns for eligible items within 5 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The return request must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- All original tags must remain attached to the garment.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
* Note: Items marked as "Final Sale", intimates, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
If you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@haruplus.ca (or reply to your order confirmation email) with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.
- Please securely pack the items. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size or color, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt at support@haruplus.ca with photos of the issue. We will make it right as quickly as possible at our expense.
